Core Idea: Give the people who want to do something the opportunity, the person who can do something has the stage, the person who can do something has the status and treatment. Talent is the only thing that can be used.

The three is the principle of practice first. "It will take three days to test the jade, and only seven years before it can be identified." Over the years, all kinds of professionals working in our group, we have arranged to the workshop production line, so that they can improve in practice, and then through the open examination, select the best selection.

The four is the principle of survival of the fittest. In the selection of talents, we have realized the transformation from "Bole horse" to "race horse", who do the best, we will be reused as talents; otherwise, we can only be eliminated out.

The five is the principle of "everyone is talent". In the use of talents, we should eliminate patterns and mysticities so as to make them suitable for human beings. As long as we play the greatest degree of intelligence in a suitable position, we have a certain sense of talent. According to this principle, according to the level, expertise, experience, personality of each employee, we arrange them to a relatively suitable position, so that people can do their best to promote the sustainable, rapid and efficient development of the enterprise.
